This ordinance establishes standards, regulations and procedures for the granting of cable television franchises; creates a Broadband Teleccamnnications Com- mission and provides for the enforcement of such rules, regulations and standards. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Council, Civic Center, 410 E. Washington St., Iowa City, Iowa.
