Smith and located immediately east of the southerly extension of Olive Court in University Heights be rezoned from an R3'Zone -to an R3A Zone. In`a recent District Court decision, the Court ruled the property zoned R3A to eliminate the "nonconforming" status of the property. Public Hearing was held July 16, 1974.
