Joint Meeting October 14, 2019 Page 2 General Entity Updates North Liberty Mayor, Terry Donahue, provided information regarding a contract with Yellow Cab for on -demand transportation, focusing on the elderly who are unable to drive or persons who temporarily cannot drive due to a physical or mental disability to get them to basic services.
