Evaluate the Feasibility and Funding Sources Needed for a Zero-Fare Transit System Transportation Director Nagle-Gamm gave a PowerPoint presentation on the feasibility and funding sources needed for a Zero-Fare Transit System. (IP3 — Iowa City named 2023 Iowa Small Business Community of the Year) Mayor Teague noted he was presented the award for the City of Iowa City being named 2023 Iowa Small Business Community of the Year. May 11 - 1. (IP7 — City Council Listening Post: May 20-Iowa City Farmer Market) Mayor Teague and Mayor Pro Tem Alter will be attending the listening post at the Farmers Market Saturday, May 20'" from 9:OOam— 11:00am. 2. (IP4 — Memo from Climate Action Coordinator: Recommended Potential Climate Action Uses for ARPA Funds) Councilor Bergus mentioned the memo and confirmed it was an FYI to Council. City Manager Fruin provided information. Individual Council members expressed their views. 4. University of Iowa Student Government (USG) Updates. Noah Le Fevre, USG Liaison presented updates. 5.
