Item 2. Motion to adjourn to executive session to discuss strategy with
counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation
is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or
disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that
litigation; and to discuss as a public employer, strategy regarding
collective bargaining with city employee organizations; as such
discussion is exempt from the provisions of chapter 21 .
