Note: This is a closed session meeting of the City Council. The public will have access only
to the motion to adjourn to executive session at the beginning of the meeting and the motion
to adjourn the special formal meeting at the end of the meeting.

2. Evaluations (City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk) and Purchase or Sale of
Real Estate
Consider a motion to adjourn to executive session to evaluate the professional
competency of individuals whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being
considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to those
individuals' reputation and that those individuals' request a closed session; and to
discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate where premature disclosure could
be reasonably expected to increase the price the governmental body would have to pay
for that property or reduce the price the governmental body would receive for that
property. The minutes and the tape recording of the portion of the closed session related
to real estate shall be available for public examination when and if the transaction
discussed is completed.
