Establish a "No Parking Here To Corner" parking prohibition on Dickenson Lane at the
intersection with Russell Drive
Executive Summary:
As directed by Title 9, Chapter 1, Section 3B of the City Code, this is to advise the City
Council of the following action:
Pursuant to Section 9-1-3A (10); Install (1) "No Parking Here To Corner" sign on the south
side of Dickenson Lane approximately 80 feet west of the intersection with Russell Drive.
Background / Analysis:
This action is being taken to improve visibility at the intersection.

Establish a "No Parking Here To Corner" parking prohibition on 4th Avenue at the intersection
with East Court Street
Executive Summary:
As directed by Title 9, Chapter 1, Section 3B of the City Code, this is to advise the City
Council of the following action:
Pursuant to Section 9-1-3A (10); Install (1) "No Parking Here To Corner" sign on the east side
of 4th Avenue approximately 35 feet south of the intersection with East Court Street.
Background / Analysis:
This action is being taken in response to resident concerns about congestion at the
intersection caused by vehicles parked on-street.

Install a YIELD sign Lindemann Drive / Anna Street Intersection
Executive Summary:
As directed by Title 9, Chapter 1, Section 3B of the City Code, this is to advise the City
Council of the following action:
Pursuant to Section 9-1-3A (5); Install a YIELD sign at the northeast corner of the Lindemann
Drive / Anna Street intersection.
Background / Analysis:
This action is being taken to clarify the right-of-way and to remind westbound motorists that
they must yield to traffic on Lindemann Drive before entering the intersection.

the California Avenue / Miami Drive intersection.
Background / Analysis:
This action is being taken to establish right-of-way at this 4-legged intersection. Drivers on
California Avenue must yield to traffic on Miami Drive.
