Duties
Duties of the Charter Review Commission will be to review the existing City Charter and within twelve months recommend any charter amendments that it deems fit. The Commission's recommendations are binding on the Council. The Council must submit the Commission's recommendations to the voters unless, on the Commission's recommendation, the Council amends the Charter by ordinance.
