Why pay more for the same ticket? Pay before your ticket escalates!

All payments will post on the following business day.

Please enter a license plate number on which to search. You must also select the state in which your vehicle is registered from the state drop-down box.

If you require assistance, call (319)356-5066, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm or send an email to the Revenue Division. Please include your license plate number and/or ticket number.

If parking tickets are found, you may pay them online using either a Mastercard or Visa.

The cashier is open between 8AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday, and a collection box is available in the City Hall lobby after hours. There is also a drive-up drop-box on the east side of City Hall. When mailing or leaving a payment, please include your ticket(s), billing statement or license plate number.
