11/5/2019 Review - PLAN CHECK DONE This is an interior alteration for a package delivery service. Mixed use building consisting of S-1/B/A-3(breakroom) 1. Licensed subcontractors required to apply for and obtain their own spcialty permits. 2. Sprinkler protection needs to be maintained as per NFPA 13 Standard. Any system modifications will need approval of the Fire Marshal. Approved audible and visual alarm notification devices to alert building occupants of sprinkler water flow are needed in locations as determined by the Fire Marshal. 3. Alterations required to meet the 2010 Department of Justice Guidelines for Accessibility. This is to include and not be limited to lever door handles, thresholds an clear floor spaces. 4. Exterior exit doors required to be provided with exterior lighting on emergency back up power. 5. Fire extingushers shall be install per Section 906 of the 2018 International Fire Code as amended. 6. Smoke and heat venting not required when building is equiped with early suppression fast response(ESFR) sprinklers. 7. All exterior signage required to obtain their own permits
