Don Schmoiser to go over the othor plan, and we ended up with an
entirely new idea.

spoken with Dick Frantz regarding the handicap accosa set-up. I am ,I

The upper floor will be offico, the lower level will bo approx 50/50
Office, and storage. We agreed that this now plan would probably
be about the bost for all parties.
Wo will of courae have the ahaded lights for parking, the dumpster
(garbage canl rocoptacle enclosed with a small gate etc, and we will
of course landscape in accordanco with the site plan, and we will
also have plantings around the foundation.
Please use this new plan as a replacement for the other, as this
seams to please more of the right people.

proporty on the southwest side of Lower Muscatino north of the Sycamore
Mall/Randalls complex. This property (1021 DoForsst) is adJacent to, but
not connected to, the Mall complex; it is on DeForeat, a reaidential
street. At present there is no commeroial property on DeForest either. We
live in the same block with nine other families. Most of u. hive children
or .randchildren who play in this nei.hborhood. DeForest Street between
Sycamore and Lower Muscatine is too busy now, primarily from traffic which
frequents Hardees (this is because Hardees parkinr lot exits dlreotly
opposite DtForest).. We are stronrly oppoeed to any zoni", chinlea which
would tend to Incree80 the traffic flow alon. D~Forest. Rezonlnt 1821

tho driveway on Lower Muscatlne, many people patronizint the business
