Additional Monitoring by the Permittee If the permittee monitors any pollutant more frequently than r.qulred by this permit, using approved test procedures or as specified In this permit, the results of this monitoring shall be Included In the permittee's self-monitoring reports. 5, Insoectlon and Entry The permittee shall allow the authorized representatives 0' Iowa CIty Pollution Control Division, upon the presentation of credentials and other documents required by law to: a) Enter upon the permittee's premises where a regulated facility or activity Is located or conducted, or where records must be kept under the conditions of this permit; b) Have access to and copy, at reasonable times, any records that must be kept under the conditions 0' this permit: c) Inspect at reasonable times any facilities, equipment (Including monitoring and control equipment), practices, or operations regulated or required under this permit; d) Sample or monitor, for the purposes of assuring permit compliance, any substances or parameters at any location; and e) Inspect any production, manu'acturlng, fabricating, or storage area where pollutants, regulated under the permit, could orlgtnate. 6, Retention of Records The permittee shall retain records of all monitoring Information, tncludlng all calibration and maintenance records and all original strip chart recordings 'or continuous monitoring Instrumentation, copies 0' all reports required by this permit, and records of all data used to complete the application 'or this permit, 'or a period 0' at least three years 'rom the date of the sample, measurement, report or appltcation. This period may be extended by request 0' the Pollution Control Olvlslon Superintendent at any time.
