Iowa City City Council, speclal meeting, July 6, 1992, at 9:15 p.m, In the Council
Chambers ot the Civic Center, Mayor Courtney presiding, Councllmembers present: Courtney,
Horowitz, Kubby, Larson, McDonald, Novick, Absent: Ambrlsco, Staffmembers present: Atkins,
Genlry, Karr. Council minutes lape recorded on Tape 92-63, Side 2,
Moved by Larson, seconded by Horowitz, to adjourn 10 executive session to discuss
strategy with counsel in matters that are presently In litigation or where litigation Is immlnenl
where lis disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage Ihe position ot Ihe govern menial
