Novick also alerted I d 3 'f ~ citizens to wild animals that scatter garbage left on the curbs overnight. Kubby requested I ;13 ~ :1 Council schedule two separate meetings with the County on the urban fringe area revisions, :1 one for staff presentation and the other for a joint public hearing.
