Council Member Kubby noted the annual energy use report, and acknowledged the work oZ;l5;1, done by city departments In saving $282,521 In energy costs this year alone, Council Member 6l.;l.S:3 Novick reported on the flood meeting she attended with the Corps of Engineers and Congress- man Jim Leach, Novick also commented on her attendance at the regional meeting of the .2.!Jsi American Legion, and utilization by regional auxiliaries of teen tearns to review crimes and sentence to some sort of human service, and questioned possible Implementallon of a similar system for teen problems, Council Member McDonald and Mayor Courtney noted the final ~ , meeting of fellow Council Member Ambrisco, and thanked him for his years of commitment to the, community, Council Member Ambrisco Introduced his best friend, early Ambrisco, who read ~ ' statement expressing appreciation to fellqw Councilors and the community.
