Project Description: Development of a convenience store with gasoline sales
Development of more than 12 residential units or more than 10,000 square feet of non-residential floor area
requires a $250 application fee at the time of site plan submittal.

Complete traffic circulation and parking plan
Names and addresses of property owner, plan
Locations of rivers, streams, wetlands, and flood

The City may require additional information:
Total dwelling units and bedrooms per unit
Locations and types of proposed lighting
Total commercial floor area and type of uses
Details of fences and retaining walls
Exterior dimensions of structures
Detail of landscape or structural screening for
outdoor parking and storage areas
Setback distances from property boundary lines
Locations and specifications for storage of
Distances between structures
flammable, corrosive, or hazardous materials
