' The preliminary plat of Valley View Knoll of River Heights, second addition in Johnson County, is located within the extraterritorial ' jurisdictionof Coralville but is within the area of annexation established in the agreement with the City of Coralville. Thusly; ' in compliance with paragraph 6,' page 2, of said agreement, the plat has been submitted to the City of Iotiva City for our report on Iowa City's findings and recommendations'to the City of Coralville. ,.,i.
