Oomment: Through Resolution 76-435, Council approved the work program for several Ralston,Creek projects and expressed their intent to use CDBG funds for necessary acquisitions. Federal regulations require the governing body of the local agency to establish just compensation for property acquisition based upon the review appraiser's determination. This resolution does that. The Council discussed this matter at the informal meeting on May 23.
