HOUSING MAINTENANCE & OCCUPANCY CODE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will
be held by the City Council of Iowa City, Iowa, at
7:30 P.M. on the 18th day of October, 1977, in the
Council Chambers in the Civic Center, Iowa City, IA.
At which hearing the Council will consider arguments
for and against the proposed adoption of the Housing
Maintenance & Occupancy Code. Copies of the pro-
posed Code are on file for public examination in the
Office of the City Clerk, Civic Center, Iowa City,
Iowa. This notice is given pursuant to Sec. 362.3
of the Code of Iowa, 1977. Dated this 10th day of
October, 1977.
