RE: Council Agenda
A resolution governing the rules of order for the conduct of Council meetings
is on the agenda for your consideration.
The purpose of this resolution is to change the order of the Council's agenda
Under the new policy, all planning and zoning matters will appear immediately
after the consent calendar.
Often attorneys representing developers have had to sit through an entire
meeting before the item about which they want to speak is considered by the
Council. It has been brought to our attention that these legal costs are
passed on to the developer.
