In order to provide Iowa City residents a fonnal opportunity to review the
4th Year Community Development Block Gran application, including the
Community Development Plan and Housing Assistance Plan for FY '79,
the City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 31st, 1978,
in the Civic Center Council Chambers. A copy of the proposed application
will be available for public review at the City Clerk's office after
Thursday at 12:00 noon.
