I have had so many other duties to attend to in recent months that I have not been able to devote the needed attention to Commission activities. This, of course, is unfair to the City and to the other Commission members. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you and the other Commission members to the extent that time has permitted. If you need me for anything on an ad hoc basic, please let me know. I would appreciate your passing my resignation on to the appropriate City officials. RRD/jrk Yours rul`y, Richard R.
