Councilman Balmer asked for clarification re the Comprehensive Plan, and new zoning ord, moratorium on bldg. Areas that will be affected will be pointed out. -11915- City /9,s City Mgr. Berlin announced that the Johnson Co. Regional Planning Comm. would be mtg. 3/15 for an A95 review of the draft environmental impact statement for the expansion of the Cedar Rapids Airport. Airport Commissioner Jan Redick advised that a letter from Chrm.
