NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the
City of Iowa City, Johnson County, Iowa, will hold a
public hearing on April 11, 1978, at 7:30 P.M. in the
Civic Center Council Chambers, 410 E, Washington St.,
on a proposed Comprehensive Plan Map and Report for
Iowa City. The Comprehensive Plan establishes the
goals and objectives, policies and recommendations
for the future developments of the City within the
next twenty years. A new Zoning Ordinance and Zoning
Map will later be considered which will be based upon
the Comprehensive Plan adopted by the City.
Copies of the proposed Comprehensive Plan Map and
Report are on file for public examination in the
Office of the City Clerk, Civic Center, Iowa City,
Iowa. This notice is given pursuant to Section 414
of the Code of Iowa, 1977.
