I Comment: Chapter 9.30, the Housing Code, has been rewritten as the Housing Code. Following the vote for the first Occupancy ,and Maintenance consideration, it was determined that certain provisions of the rent escrow program should be modified so as to clarify the pro- cedures for triggering such a program:, A memorandum from the Assistant City Attorney is attached to the agenda.
