HomeMy WebLinkAbout1978-05-01 Resolutionh1ICR0FILI4ED BY JORM MICROLAB CEDAR RAPIDS AND UES HUINLE , IUviN RESOLUTION NO. 78-144 RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF IOWA CITY. WHEREAS, there has been extensive study of community conditions and needs, and WHEREAS, it is in the community interest to rezone the area described herein to reflect the goals, objections and community conditions of the City of Iowa City NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IOWA CITY, IOWA that: Pursuant to 414.4 of the 1977 Code of Iowa a public hearing by the City Council of Iowa City, Iowa will be held at the Council Chambers at 7:30 on May 23, 1978 for the purpose of considering the rezoning of pro- perty designated on the Map which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part hereof, to the zoning classifications designated on the Map which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, and by this reference made a part hereof. It was moved by Neuhauser and seconded by Roberts that the Resolution as read be adopted, and upon roll call there were.
