Brad Meyers, 1401 � Rochester, appeared re court case on Phipps Apt. on N. Dodge, & requested investigation of preventive measures to be used to prohibit vehicles in Hickory Hill Dark trails. Atty. Don Hoy, 1520 Old Dubuque Rd., appeared re change to 11XgAL anment of 218" from "FW 518" on Coma. Plan and effect on surrounding area. This change was agreeable to four Coun_cilmembers at the informal RNA session, May 1. Item N14 on the agenda was taken up at this time. Mayor Vevera noted receipt of the letter from Atty. Leff, representing O'Brien Electric, re contract for Ci, Plaza. City Atty. Hayek recommended that t Council proceed to award the contract to the low bidder as set forth in the Resolution, which the Mayor read in full. Explanation of previous & future action was made.
