recommended by a five to zero vote approval of the subject sub-
division of a tract of land located south of Highway 6 Bypass

mission of updated legal papers and the correction of the right-
of-way width of Sycamore Street shown on the plat. This recom-
mendation is consistent with the staff's recommendations pre-
sented in a staff report dated October 19, 1978,' which is at-

Comment: The City has had a contract for sale of property located in Block 4
95 to the University since 1971. ,Because the City did not yet
L have possession of acquisition parcel 95-5, it was deleted from
the sale when the balance of disposition parcel 95-2 was trans-
ferred in 1976,The City now has possession ofthis parcel.
The contract was filed with the City Clerk on July 25. This
resolution authorizes the execution of the contract. The staff.
