All modulars are vacant and have or will be moved to the Iowa City service garage grounds. All modular units will be sold by competitive bid, with the bid award going to the highest bidder for each unit. This offering is made subject to certain contin- gencies, which contingencies are set forth in the Prospectus and bidding document. Full information and a copy of the Prospectus and bidding document may be obtained at the City Clerk's Office, Civic Center, 410 East Washington Street, Iowa City, Iowa 52240 or will be mailed upon request. All bids must be received at the City Clerk's Office, Civic Center, 410 East Washington Street, Iowa City, Iowa 52240, no later than 2:00 o'clock p.m. C.S.T. on November 20, 1978, at which time and place all bidding shall be considered closed and at which time all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. The right is reserved by the LPA to reject any or all offers to purchase, and to waive any infor- malities in any procedures set forth herein. A good faith deposit in the amount, form, and sub- ject to the conditions provided in the Prospectus and bidding form shall accompany each bid.
