BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0
IOWA CITY, IOWA:
Se ion 1. The property described below is reby
reel sified from its present classificati of A2
Count and the boundaries of M1 Zone as i dicated
upon th Zoning Map of the City of Iowa ity, Iowa,
shall be larged to include the folio ng property,
to -wit:
Commencing t the southwest corne of the South-
west quarter f the southwest qu rter of Section
27, Township 7 North, Range 6 est of the 5th
P.M.; thence nor to the sou west corner of
the north ten (10 acres of a southwest quarter
of the southwest qu ter of said Section 27;
thence East 815 feet; the a southerly to a
point on the south lin of said Section 27; which
point is 440 feet west the southeast corner
of the southwest quart r the southwest quarter
of said Section 27, t ence st to the place of
f the east half of
beginning; also all hat par o
the southeast quar er of Secti 28, Township 79
North, Range 6 We of the 5th M., lying easter-
ly of the Chicag ,Rock Island an Pacific
Railroad Compan right-of-way line, subject to
easements and pestrictions of recor

south City imits on E. side of Hwy.
Section 2 The building inspector is hereby fuhOr-
ized and irected to chane the Zoning Map o
City of owa City, Iowa, to conform to this amend-
ment u n the final passage, approval and publica-
tion this Ordinance as provided by law.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
di r cted to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the
Cc my Recorder of Johnson County, Iowa, upon final
p ssage, approval and publication as provided by
