Roberts voted "no", and six "yes" votes were
needed. Moved by deProsse, seconded by Perret,
that the new ORD. AMENDING ORD. 78-2605 TO REQUIRE

THAT AN ESTABLISHMENT FOR WHICH A LIQUOR CONTROL
LICENSE OR BEER PERMIT IS ISSUED SHALL BE LOCATED
ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF A BUILDING AND SHALL CONTAIN
WINDOWS WHICH PERMIT VISIBILITY OF, ITS INTERIOR
FROM THE PUBLICWAY, be considered and given first
vote for passage. Motion to consider carried, 4/2,
