A letter from the applicant's attorney is attached requesting the Council to consider this item out of order at the regu- lar meeting of December 19, 1978. Also an Issue was raised at the Commission meeting as to whether or not the City's # Rural Design Standards could now he applied at the time of the final plat approval even though the preliminary plat was approved by both the Commission and the Council before the Rural Design Standards were adopted. The Commission re- quested a legal opinion to be available at the time of the s considerntlon of the plat by Council.
