WIIfRLAS, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 requires
that every alien in the United States, except diplomats,
persons officially connected with international organi-
zations of which the United States is a member, and
others admitted temporarily as agricultural laborers,
must report his address during January of each year, and
WHEREAS, this law requires such an address report though the address
of the alien has not changed since the last address report,
and
WHEREAS, Address Report Cards may now be obtained at any United
States Post Office,
