Notice is hereby given that a public hearing
will be held by the City Council of Ioa City, be,
at 7:30 FM, on the 7th ft of FdYM, 1939, in the
Council Chanbers of the Civic Center, Io>A City,
Iara, on the following igen:
1. An ordinance to aped Section 36-15(e)(5) of
the Zoning Ordinance to make the setback
requirsents for high-rise lallings consistent
with the Building Code.
Copies of the proposed amendment are m file
for public examination at the Office of the City
Clerk, Civic Center, Iowa City, Iowa. Perum
wishing to make their views Imoa or to suggest
charges for City Council oonsideratim before
adoption of this anelnent should appear at the
hearing.
