Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by

the City Council of Iowa Ciy, Iowa, at 7:30 p.m, on the 24th

day of October, 1985, In the Civic Center Council Chambers,
Iowa City, Iowa; at which hearing the Council will consider an

ordinance to rezone a 120 acre tract of land generally located

In the 2600 block of Rochester Avenue, north of Rochester
