STORMWATER MANAGEMENT

PART IV.
Comment: Some years ago the City acquired an
uneconomic remnant of 1
Property along Willow Creek for park purposes.
When the Schintler
Brothers began developing Hunter's
Run Subdivision south of the Creek,
the Parks & RecreationCommission
'r
recommended the two'stormwater
detention facilities be dedicated
to the City as parkland. The Council
approved this

concept, see but attached, groundcover is not yet
established.

on subdivision, with
a cloud on the properties. Builders and local financial institutions
now find
themselves unable to market local
mortgages on the secondary market.
This Limited Release Agreement would
remove the existing cloud on titles
to property in Hunter's, Run Subdivision,
i Part IV, without Jeopardizing the
tys interests. Legal and Engineering
recommend execution of the
Agreement for this limited purpose.
