Notice is hereby given that a public hearing wily
be held by the City Council of Iaa Citv, Iaa, at
7:30 p.m. an the 19th day of April, 1934, in the
Civic Center Council Charters, 410 East Washinoton
Street, 10-E City, Iaa, at which hearing the Coun-
cil will consider the folloring iters:
1. An amenln2nt to the Carprehensive Plan to
change the land use designation for an area south of
Willav Creek and west of Fbrmon Trek Boulevard from
Residential 2-8 dwelling units per acre to Residen-
tial 8-16 dwelling units per acre.
2. A request submitted by Jeffrey Wright Devel-
OP'ent stomWy to rezone a 4.75 acre tract in the
quadrant of the intersection of Walden
P"ad and Ibmmn Trek Boulevard from RS -3 to R4-12
and�l�pH-12.
3 An ordinance establishing a Procedure for
collection of fees to repay developers for costs
incurred in installing off-site public facilities
needed to support out -of -sequence development.
4. An arendre t to the Comprehensive Plan to
charge the land use designation of an 18.43 acre
tract north of Rochester Avenue on Hickory Trail
extended from Agriculture/Rural Residential to
residential at a density of 2-8 dwelling units per
acre.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file for
Public examination in the Office of the City Clerk,
Civic Center, Iaa City, Ia•a. Persons wishing to
make their views known for Council consideration are
encouraged to appear at the above-mentioned time and
place.
