The Mayor announced the following vacancy: Urban Environment Ad Hoc Committee - one vacancy for an unexpired term ending 7/1/86. This appoint- <?3Z ment will be made at the 7/30/85 meeting of the City Council. The person appointed to this position should be a representative of environmental concerns. A public hearing was held on a proposed amendment to the 1985 CDBG Program and Budget.
