cacy Program, United Action for youth,

Drunk Driving, and within the criminal

we Americans enjoy the freedom to own private
property and the right to use or transfer it
as we see fit. it is appropriate that in this
bicentennial year marking the signing of the
U. 8. Constitution, we remind ourselves of this
precious freedom, and
W1tQ ra a s , with this ownership comes the need to protect our
private property rights. With these rights often
comes the desire to improve propertg - whether
homes, farms, shopping centers, industrial plants
or office buildings - and by so doing, enhance
the value of such property, and
as cibiaens of the Iowa City area, we should also
be mindful of this value - not only in a mnnetarg
sense, but in the sense of the inherent worth of
propertg as it pertains bo the enjoyment of life
locally, and

call attention to the importance of private
property rights bg celebrating American Home Meek,
