HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985-10-22 Public hearingNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of Iowa City, Iowa, at 7:30 p.m. on the 22nd day of October, 1985, in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, Iowa City, a, on the following items: An ordinance to enable local review of nominations of local properties to the National Register of Historic Places. 2. An ordinance to enable the Building Official to issue a temporary Certifi- cate of Occupancy. Copies of the proposed amendments are on Mies for public examination at the Office of the City Clerk, Civic Center, Iowa City, Iowa. Persons wishing to make their views known or to suggest changes for City Council consideration before adoption of these amendments should appear at the hearing. MARIAN K. KARR, CITY CLERK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON INTENT TO DISPOSE OF EXCESS CITY PROPERTY TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Iowa City, Iowa, has heretofore 30dopted and approved Resolution No. 85- g the City's intent and proposal to dispose of excess city property, to wit: a portion of Peterson Street lying south of its intersection with Arbor Drive, subject to easements and restrictions of record.
