This public hearing will allow citizen input to be heard concerning a proposed snow ordinance which will allow the City Manager to implement a total parking ban on other streets in the City not otherwise governed by calendar parking or other parking prohibitions. Currently, without such an t, f ordinance, cars remain parked on the streets and effective plowing is t curtailed. On all streets on which parking, is prohibited on both sides of the street, parking shall continue to be prohibited on both sides of the street. 2. On all streets on which parking is allowed on one side of the street and prohibited on the other side of the street, such regulations shall continue to be in effect. 3. Each citizen has a right to attend this hearing, to provide written and oral comments and ask questions regarding the entire budget and relationship of revenue sharing to the entire budget. The City Manager held a General Revenue Sharing Public Hearing on December 5, 1978. Based on that meeting and the recommendations of the staff, the following proposals for the use of General Revenue Sharing monies for fiscal year 1980 were made to the Council in the FY80 proposed budget: Aid to Agencies $181,250 General Fund Capital Outlay 146,210 Mass Transportation 359,440 Senior Center 45,560 Civic Center Heating & Air 81,165 Rocky Shore Bikeway 25,000 Mercer Park Restrooms 35,000 New Southwest Park 40,000 $913,625 The proposed FY80 budget is on file at the City Clerk's office and the Public Library for inspection.
