Moved by Erdahl, seconded by Strait, to adopt RES. 84-63, Bk. 81, pp. 197-199, ORDERING BIDS, APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS, FIXING AMOUNT OF BIO SECURITY AND ORDERING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE AND FIXING A DATE FOR RECEIVING SAME AND FOR A G D/ PUBLIC HEARING ON PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS ON THE HIGHWAY 1/INTERSTATE 80 SEWAGE PUMPING FACILITIES ASSESSMENT PROJECT. Affirmative roll call vote unanimous, 7/0, all Councilmembers present. The Mayor declared the resolution adopted. Moved by Dickson, seconded by Zuber, to adjourn 7:00 PM. The Mayor declared the motion carried, 7/0, all Councilmembers present.
