Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of Iowa City, Iowa, at 7:30 p.m. on the 4th day of December, 1984, in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center, Iowa City, Iowa; at which hearing the Council will consider an ordinance for the planned development housing plan of Ty'n Cae Part 4, an amendment of the Ty'n Cae Part 3 planned development housing plan.
