NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE
FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT HOUSING PLAN
OF TY'N CAE PART 4.
Notice is hereby given that a public
hearing will be held by the City Council
of Iowa City, Iowa, at 7:30 p.m. on the
4th day of December, 1984, in the Council
Chambers in the Civic Center, Iowa City,
Iowa; at which hearing the Council will
consider an ordinance for the planned
development housing plan of Ty'n Cae Part
4, an amendment of the Ty'n Cae Part 3
planned development housing plan. This
notice is given pursuant to Chapter 414 of
the Code of Iowa, 1984.

Tuesday, December 4, 1964, at 7:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 410 E.
Washington Street, Iowa City, Iowa, to
receive citizen comments on a Policy and
Level of Service for Snow and Ice Removal.
Copies of the Policy may be reviewed
during regular business hours in the
office of the City Clerk and at the Iowa
City Public Library.
Persons interested in expressing their
views concerning the City's Program
Description may do so at the
above-mentioned time and place or may
address their comments to the City

consider a resolution authorizing sale to
abutting owners of a 40 foot segment of
vacated alley in Block 9, County Seat
Addition to Iowa City. A copy of the
proposed resolution is on file in the
office of the City Clerk 410 E. Washington
Street, Iowa City, and is available for
inspection during normal business hours.
This notice is given pursuant to Iowa
Code (1983) Section 364.7.

SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT
AND ESTIMATED COST FOR
TAFT SPEEDWAY SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
ASSESSMENT PROJECT
IN THE CITY OF IOWA CITY, IOWA
TO ALL TAXPAYERS OF THE CITY OF IOWA CITY,
IOWA, AND TO OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED:
Public notice is hereby given that the
City Council of the City of Iowa City,
Iowa, will conduct a public hearing on
plans, specifications, form of contract
and estimated cost for the construction of
the Taft Speedway Sanitary Sewer Extension
Assessement Project in Taft Speedway
Sanitary Sewer Extension Assessment
Project said City at 7:30 p.m. on the 4th
day of December, 1984, said meeting to be
held in the Council Chambers in the Civic
Center in said city.
Said plans, specifications, form of
contract and estimated cost are now on
file in the office of the City Clerk in
the Civic Center in Iowa City, Iowa, and
may be inspected by any persons inter-
ested.
Any persons interested may appear at
said meeting of the City Council for the
purpose of making objections to said
plans, specifications, contract or the
cost of making said improvement.
This notice is given by order of the
City Council of the City of Iowa City,
Iowa.
