That the property in Iowa City, Iowa, hereinafter described be and the same is hereby vacated: .. The following portion of Xaidon Lane described as follows: Beginning at the southeast cornor of Lot 4, Block 22, County Seat Addition which is also the northwest corner of the inter- section of Lafayette Street and Maiden L:.ne; thence north along the west lille Of maiden Lane t0 the intersection with a line that is 35 feet easterly and parallel with the conterline of the new paving; thunco northeasterly along a line parallel and 35 feet easterly of the cuntorlino of the new paving to its intersection with the east lino of Maidon Lane; thence south along the cast like of Maiden Lane to its intersection with the north line of Lafayette Street extended east; thence west along the extension of the north line of Lafayette Street to the point of beginning. 2.
