NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTIONS 27-38, 27-41, 27-
54, 27-56(e),32-28, 32-41, 8.10.20A(2)h,
8.10.20D.5, 8.10.28G, AND B. 10.32C,, TO ESTABLISH
SPECIFIC FEES BY RESOLUTION.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will
be held by the City Council of Iowa City, Iowa, at
7:30 PM on the 19th day of January, 1982, in the
Council Chambers of the Civic Center, Iowa City,
Iowa. At which hearing the Council will consider
amendments to the Code of Ordinances, Sections 27-
38, 27-41, 27-54, 27-56(e), 32-28, 32-41,
8.10.20A(2)h, 8.10.20D.5, 8.10.28G, and 8.10.32C.
The purpose of this ordinance is Ito amend the
sections cited above in order to delete specific
fees from the code and to establish the setting of
those fees by resolution. Copies of the proposed
amendments are on file for public examination ;in
the Office of the City Clerk, Civic Center, Iowa
City, Iowa. This notice is given pursuant to
Section 380 of the Code of Iowa, 1981.

Attached is the fee schedule which will be proposed for adoption by
resolution at the third reading of the ordinance establishing fees by
resolution. The ordinance will be before you at this week's formal
meeting for a public hearing. The subsequent three readings will bring
the date of adoption of the resolution to March 2.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Iowa City Council
will hold a public hearing on the 18th day of
January, 1982, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers
of the Civic Center, 410 East Washington Street
concerning the proposal to dispose of the City's
interest in the following property by quit claim
deed to Ralph L. Neuzil and Arlene M. Neuzil,
husband and wife, and Dale Sanderson, which
property is legally described as follows:
The North one-half (k) of Des Moines
Street between Dubuque and Clinton
Streets in Iowa City, and the South 50
feet of the alley between Lots Four (4)
and Five (5), in Block Eleven (11),
County Seat Addition to the City of Iowa
City, Iowa.
Said proposal had been more fully set forth in the
Council resolution setting this matter for public
hearing and adopted by the Council on the 4th day of
January, 1982.
Persons interested in this matter will be given the
opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time
and place.
