NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A RESOLUTION
CONVEYING THE "WELL" PROPERTY AS NOTED ON THE PLAT
OF CONWAY'S SUBDIVISION AND COURT OFFICER'S DEED.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will
be held by the City Council of Iowa City, Iowa, at
7:30 p.m, on the 2nd day of February, 1982, in the
Council Chambers in the Civic Center, Iowa City,
Iowa; at which hearing the Council will consider a
resolution conveying the "well" property as noted
on the plat of Conway's Subdivision and court
officer's deed. Copies of the resolution and plat
are on file for public examination in the office of
the City Clerk, Civic Center, Iowa City, Iowa.
This notice is given pursuant to Section 380 of the
Code of Iowa, 1981.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE
VACATING THE MAIDEN LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED
BETWEEN THE CHICAGO, ROCK ISLAND AND PACIFIC
RAILROAD AND PRENTISS STREET.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will
be held by the City Council of Iowa City, Iowa, at
7:30 p.m. on the 2nd day of February, 1982, in the
Council Chambers in the Civic Center, Iowa City,
Iowa; at which hearing the Council will consider an
ordinance vacating the Maiden Lane right-of-way
located between the Chicago, Rock Island and
Pacific Railroad and Prentiss Street. Copies of
the proposed ordinance are on file for public
examination in the office of the City Clerk, Civic
Center, Iowa City, Iowa. This notice is given
pursuant to Section 380 of the Code of Iowa, 1981.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC NEARING
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
The City of Iowa City herewith provides notice of a
public hearing to be held by the City Council on
Tuesday, February 2, 1982, at 7:30 PM in the
Council Chambers, Civic Center, 410 E. Washington
Street, Iowa City, Iowa 52240.
Said public hearing will be to receive citizen
comments on a proposed local amendment to the
City's 1981 Metro (Formula) Entitlement Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and budget.
The City proposes to amend the program and budget
by including property management and disposition as
an approved activity. At the same time, the City
proposes to transfer all remaining urban renewal
disposition property to the Metro Entitlement CDBG
Program.
Persons interested in expressing their views or
making comments, either verbally or in writing, may
do so at the above mentioned time and place.
Written comments may also be submitted prior to the
public hearing to the following: Office of the
City Clerk, Civic Center, 410 E. Washington Street,
Iowa City, Iowa 52240.
