You and each of you are hereby notified that pursuant to the authority i
vested in the Mayor of the City of Iowa City, Iowa, or under State Law and
the Ordinances of the City of Iowa City, Iowa, as Mayor I hereby call a
special meeting on May 26, 1982 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., to be held in the
Conference room of the Civic Center of Iowa City, Iowa.
The meeting is called for the purpose of considering a resolution
authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement to provide
architectural/engineering services for the Iowa City Transit Maintenance
Facility Project, subject to final negotiations, all as detailed on
attached agenda.
Dated at Iowa City, Iowa, this 25th day of May, 1982.

were:

2. Olson, Popa, Novak/Cannon Design
3. R. Neumann Associates/FEH Associates
The interviews were held on Tuesday, May 25. The interview committee
was comprised of the staff task force and the City Manager. Based on the
interviews, the staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City
Manager to negotiate a contract with R. Neumann Associates/FEH Associates.
The City Council will consider the authorizing resolution at the special
Council meeting on Wednesday, May 26, at 7:30 P.M. If you have any questions,
