The meeting is called for the purpose of considering a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement to provide architectural/engineering services for the Iowa City Transit Maintenance Facility Project, subject to final negotiations, all as detailed on attached agenda. The interview committee was comprised of the staff task force and the City Manager. Based on the interviews, the staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to negotiate a contract with R. Neumann Associates/FEH Associates.
