Comment: THe City Council of Iowa City adopted a resolution accepting and approving the final plat of Oakes Meadow Addition on March 30, 1982. On this plat, Dover Street was shown to extend from Brookside Drive to Muscatine Avenue with Perry Court intersecting that street towards the northern end. It has since been discovered that an alteration in this street name is desirable to permit more understandable addressing of the area. Therefore, staff is recommending that the northern portion of Dover Street extending from Brookside Drive to the intersection with Perry Court be renamed Perry Court. Dover Street will then have a "T" intersection with Perry Court. This change in no way alters the street config- uration approved as part of the final plat. It is a minor change, and can be acted upon by City Council without additional review by the Planning and Zoning Commission. 1 D sol :18 i Ste? P u A a1 u . iF/o Action - ¢ b.
