Comment: The Planning and Zoning Commission, at a regular meeting held August 30, 1981, recommended by a unanimous vote approval of this vacation. The right-of-way in question is consistent with an agreement approved by Council concerning 1 the extension and relocation of Scott Boulevard. Comment: The Planning and Zoning Commission, at a regular meeting held September 3, 1981, recommended by a unanimous vote approval of the amended preliminary and final Planned Area Development plan of Orchard Court Subdivision located south of the CRISP tracks and west of Orchard Street extended. The purpose is to provide definitions in the Zoning Ordinance which are consistent with the Housing Code. A copy of the ordinance was included with the 1/ agenda of July 14, 1981.
