Shared/pcd/publichearing Page 1 of 1 ~~ Marian Karr From: Tim Weitzel [tweitzel.email@gmail.com] Sent: Friday, February 29, 2008 12:52 PM To: Council Subject: Historic Preservation Plan Dear Councilors, I have already indicated to Mayor Bailey my willingness to help answer questions or provide any other assistance needed with your review of he preservation plan. I particular, I didn't mean to create an Easter egg hunt for the 14 new ideas that I mentioned at the last formal meeting. I also felt it prudent to indicate my thorough editorial review was of he 2007 draft and I have noticed some minor details--captions for instance, that are not correct in the February 2008 and hopefully final version. I was not given an opportunity to review the current version before it was printed. It of course would be within your discretion to ask staff if there are any substantive changes between versions, or what the substantive changes from 1992 include. Anyway, while I am sure staff and the HPC have the best intent in mind in recommending the current version for approval, this really is a large document and I personally find your diligence in a through review of the current, and hopefully final version, to be to your credit. Sincerely, Tim Weitzel, Chair Historic Preservation Commission 2/29/2008 Fees for Fire Department Services (Revised 03/08) GENERAL GUIDELINES Fees are based on actual costs as outlined in Summary of Costs (page 2).
